Nothing says a "cozy weekend", " breakfast" or "brunch", like easy homemade pancakes, especially when you add Infused Spreads Blueberry Ginger Jam, you will skip the syrup and never go back to plan ole boring pancakes again. Don't forget to top it off with a generous drizzle of more Blueberry Ginger Jam.
Mix together all the ingredients.
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup non-fat milk or water
- 4 Tb spoons of Infused Spreads Blueberry Ginger Jam
Stir just until moistened .
Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle.
Pancakes are ready to turn when tops are bubbly all over, a few bubbles have burst, and the edges begin to appear dry. Use a quick flip with a broad spatula to turn pancakes. Turn only once.
Serve with a few dollop of blueberry ginger jam.
