Blueberry Ginger Jam


Blueberries are juicy and sweet at their peak during hot July and early august and when paired with the peppery flavor of ginger, it transforms blueberry delicately, its aroma is sweet, pungent, spicy and cozy. Stir a few teaspoon of blueberry ginger jam into your next pancake batter (blueberry ginger pancakes) or dollop some on hot baked scones, plain yogurt, and our personal fav is toasted buttered english muffins.
